The sailing part of my life became significant during these years and impacted my Expressions both in the subject matter and in the essence of the way that natural forces drive a boat through water via wind and sail.

In the middle of this period I began working in the Leaf digital camera department of Scitex and I began practising digital photography, exclusively. Another dream come true. Leaf digital camera backs became a legend and I was part of it.

I think that the major contributions that digital photography made to Expressions has been in image quality. Digital enables immediate assessment of images allowing one to change composition, angle of view and other parameters on the fly. Examining images at 100% magnification in high resolution leads to discovery and ultimate solution of failures in implementing the tools of photography.

I exhibited at the local branch of the Eshcol Payis Community Center. The show had two parts; the Self Portrait part and the Expessions part that in those days I called Celebrations.
